6th round - Croft

During the 1st Qualifier we had good weather conditions and everything felt very positive and I Qualified in 4th on provisional front row, all the front row were under last years lap record which proves that the pace was going to be strong. During 2nd Qualifier, the track was dry however there just wasn’t the same levels of grip as in we had in the first Qualifier for some reason? This was evident as no one went quicker and I stayed in 4th. Race conditions were damp in patches and very inconsistent and on certain parts of the track things were very tricky indeed, and although it was Lottery conditions, the race was going well until the pace car came out, as the car went in Tinsley crashed out - that got me into 4th – and I was sat there content until Peter Hickman decided make a last lap no possibility of making the it pass – and he went straight on to inspect the local farm produce!! However this run me wide and well off-line and allowed Ollie Bridewell through as I was forced into 5th position
